Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from uor company. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within [number of days, 14 days] of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. 2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team to request an RA number.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds
